A sustainable food hall will be created at the heart of the site, in the old arena which was used for training horse-riders.
A sustainable and environmentally responsible permanent market will reduce consumers’ carbon footprint by promoting the sale of local and organic products and minimising waste. Sale of products in season and the optimisation of transport modes and logistical systems will be encouraged.
An organic food court of over 400 m2 will offer dishes of different origins to visitors to the site.
The Urban Development Corporation (SAU) is the contracting authority for this future conversion of the riding school and will also be responsible for getting the food hall up and running.
