The Urban Development Corporation (SAU-MSI), which is steering the conversion of the Fritz Toussaint barracks (the Usquare.brussels project), has designated the Creatis, D-Side Groupe and Le Troisième Pôle consortium to coordinate the site’s transitional management phase.
Inaugurated in 2019, this brings together several dozen highly varied activities under the name ‘See U’.
