Usquare, Brussels’ new urban and university district – an open, international, innovative, diverse, sustainable and friendly place – will be created:
- at the heart of Brussels, Belgium's foremost student city and capital of 500 million Europeans,
- at a location where a number of young and vibrant districts converge, a multimodal communication hub between several major university campuses.
Usquare will be a new development cluster in the Brussels Region. It will boost the European capital’s standing as a national and international academic centre, while offering new local facilities for the current inhabitants of the neighbouring districts.
