In collaboration with perspective.brussels, the Brussels Planning Agency, the City of Brussels is implementing the options of the Master Plan adopted in 2008. Concrete projects, both public and private, have been taking shape over the past few years in the transformation of this 45-hectare former railway and customs site with its remarkable architectural heritage; these include the creation of offices, shops, logistics facilities, government premises, housing, a park and public spaces.
