Welcome to the SoUper Marché!
Every second Wednesday of the month, the old Manège becomes a lively and committed meeting point around sustainable food… and those who make it possible.
Program
– Le Pédalo Coopérative welcomes you with a wide selection of fresh, local, and seasonal products from Ferme Laute.
– Le Panier du Cœur will be holding a large food surplus giveaway — a concrete gesture towards food solidarity.
– Waain Kameraden, our microbrewery, presents its very first exclusive bottles.
– SousBois showcases its adaptogenic mushrooms (fresh, dried, and extracted) and opens the doors of its mushroom farm.
– UR Square beer, in collaboration with Bières de Quartier, will be served cold at the bar.
– original_bxl brings its signature pikkles and kefir with Victor.
– Cabinet de transformation offers a nice selection of second-hand clothes.
– The Meet U collective will host a small pay-what-you-can barbecue.
– Plus: delicious Chilean arepas on the menu.
