Make way for wine! HQ offers 3 introductory sessions to discover the fascinating world of oenology. No level required to follow the courses.

First session: 12.11 from 19:00 to 20:30
How is wine made? How do these techniques influence what I drink? And above all: how do I taste and appreciate the quality of a wine?
The theory will be followed by a tasting of 4 to 6 wines.

Second session: 12.01 from 19:00 to 20:30
Conventional, organic, biodynamic, natural wines... What is the difference between them? What happens in the vineyard or in the cellar?
The theory will be followed by a tasting of 4 to 6 wines.
