The very first conference between cooperative supermarkets in Brussels.
Extrusion, glazing, clean label, ionization, the ingenuity of the food industry is limitless to make us swallow anything and everything.
Christophe Brusset, a former agribusiness manager who is now a whistleblower, author and investigator. He will be in Brussels on April 20 to explain the many abuses of which he was an accomplice.
The conference organized by the cooperative supermarkets of Brussels: the Pedalo, the BEES coop, Bab'l Market and Wandercoop will focus on the abuses of the agri-food sector and on the underbelly of the bio-industrial agriculture.
Ingrid Kragl, director of information at Foodwatch France will also be present.
