Atelier Truyffaut

Atelier Truyffaut is a space for artistic research into light, transformation and movement. Questions of perception and metamorphosis are at the heart of her work. She explores various media such as ceramics, paper, glass and fabric, creating layered installations that question our relationship to time, space and light.

Exploring movement and jazz history: Atelier Truyffaut & MOJA
The Atelier is currently developing a collaborative project with MOJA (Museum of Jazz), an artistic laboratory founded by jazz dancers Louise and Suhhee. MOJA is dedicated to the visual exploration of jazz, drawing inspiration from the African-American culture of Harlem in the 1920s. Through historical research and reflections on jazz archives, MOJA transforms this cultural heritage into a visual and interactive experience.

This project will culminate in an exhibition in May 2025 in the Atelier, presenting photographs, drawings and documentaries that spark a dialogue around jazz and its profound influence. At the same time, MOJA will be organizing documentary screenings and jazz dance classes, as well as Lindy Hop, Solo Jazz, Tap and Yoga classes in the community.
