A sustainable and environmentally responsible permanent market will reduce consumers’ carbon footprint by promoting the sale of local and organic products and minimising waste. Sale of products in season and the optimisation of transport modes and logistical systems will be encouraged.
An organic food court of over 400 m2 will offer dishes of different origins to visitors to the site.
